Here is a video of Alex dressed up in his Santa suit dancing to "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer" sung by a stuffed reindeer. He is 11 mos old in the video, and I can't believe that he is nearly 1. It doesn't seem possible that it has gone by so fast. I barely remember all those sleepless nights (ok, so I remember them pretty well which is why baby#2 won't be coming along for a while yet) but it is amazing to think about all the changes and milestones that have happened in 11 short months. Alex is starting to take his first steps; he probably can walk on his own, but he doesn't realize this yet. He is getting more bold lately and running around the couch (while holding on) and throwing himself at you. He is also getting better at articulating what he wants. He points, asks "what's this?" (comes out as "tis?"), says "again" ("ten"), and knows the difference between mama and dada. He is such a happy boy, and we are very lucky parents!

You can tell he's his father's son those moves are straight out of the Justin Cox school of dancing.
